1. ELIGIBILITY: The Receipts To Riches “Pick 5” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, except for Iowa, Florida, Missouri, New York, Utah and Vermont, who are 18 years of age or older as of the time of entry. Employees of Receipts To Riches LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and advertising, promotion and Internet agencies, and members of the immediate family or household of any such employee, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. In the event of a dispute regarding any online entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address).
2. HOW TO ENTER: The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2013 (the “Entry Period”). There are two ways to enter. No purchase is necessary.
   1. Online Entry: Online entries must be completed and received by Sponsor by the conclusion of the Entry Period. To enter, access www.receiptstoriches.com (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions. Each entrant will be required to provide the entrant’s name, age, street address, telephone number, e-mail address and such other information as Sponsor may require. In addition, each entrant must have in his or her possession at the time of entry a cash register receipt, a receipt issued online or by e-mail by a retailer or vendor or any other receipt that Sponsor in its discretion determines evidences a sale by a vendor, store or similar establishment, with a total purchase price, including taxes, expressed in five digits (a “Receipt”). (For example, a total purchase price of $100.95 would be expressed using the digits 1-0-0-9-5.) Each entrant must have a separate Receipt with respect to each entry. There is a limit of one entry per Receipt. If you do not have a Receipt, you may request one by mail as described below. Each entrant will also be required to input, with each entry, the five digits comprising the total purchase price shown on the Receipt (including taxes) and the time of day (expressed as a number of minutes) of entry. The first digit of the purchase price may not be a zero. The purchase amount is for winner selection purposes only. Each entry will be assigned an ID number by the Sponsor, which the entrant must write on the back of the Receipt for later verification. Do not discard the Receipt. Store the Receipt in a safe place. The Receipt will be required for verification purposes in the event you are selected as a potential winner.
   2. Enter by mail: Mailed entries must be postmarked by the conclusion of the Entry Period and received by Sponsor within seven (7) days after the conclusion of the Entry Period. To enter by mail, first request an official entry form as described in Section 2(c) below. Fill out the entry form completely. In addition, each entrant must have in his or her possession at the time of entry a Receipt. Each entrant must have a separate Receipt with respect to each entry. If you do not have a Receipt, you may request one by mail as described in Section 2(c) below. Each entrant must write on the entry form the five digits comprising the total purchase price shown on the Receipt (including taxes) and the time of day (expressed as a number of minutes) of entry. The first digit of the purchase price may not be a zero. The purchase amount is for winner selection purposes only. Each entry will be assigned an ID number by the Sponsor, which the entrant must write on the back of the Receipt for later verification. Do not discard the Receipt. Store the Receipt in a safe place. Mail the envelope containing the card and self-addressed envelope to the address specified above. There is a limit of one (1) entry per mailing envelope.
   3. To Request a Receipt or Entry Form: If you do not have a Receipt and would like to obtain one from Sponsor, or would like to request an entry form to be used to enter by mail, or would like to request both a Receipt and an entry form, print your name, mailing address and telephone number and the words "PRINT RECEIPT," “ENTRY FORM” or “RECEIPT AND ENTRY FORM,” as applicable, on a 3”x5” card. Place the 3”x5” card and a stamped self-addressed envelope in a mailing envelope, with proper first-class postage affixed, addressed to: ReceiptstoRiches.com, P.O. Box 312, Englewood, NJ 07631. Mail the envelope containing the card and self-addressed envelope to the address specified above. If you requested a Receipt, Sponsor will send back to you a randomly-generated computer-generated Receipt that may be used to enter the Sweepstakes. If you requested an entry form, Sponsor will send back to an official entry form that may be used to enter the Sweepstakes by mail as described above. If you requested both a Receipt and entry form, Sponsor will send to you a randomly-generated computer-generated Receipt that may be used to enter the Sweepstakes and an official entry form. There is a limit of one request per envelope.
   4. General Entry Conditions: Each entrant must retain all Receipts used to enter the Sweepstakes for winner verification purposes. For online entries, normal time rates, if any, charged by the entrant’s Internet service provider will apply. The Sweepstakes is void in Iowa, Florida, Missouri, New York, Utah, Vermont and where prohibited. There is a limit of one entry per person per Receipt.
3. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Daily Prize will be offered for every day during the Entry Period. Each day during the Entry Period, a purchase price and time of day will be randomly generated by Sponsor. Valid entries received on that day (whether online or by mail) will be eligible to enter for the Daily Prize for that day. With respect to the last day during the Entry Period, the winner will be determined on or about November 7, 2013 and all valid entries postmarked by the conclusion of the Entry Period and received after the conclusion of the Entry Period but before November 7, 2013 will be eligible for the final Daily Prize. If the purchase price and time of day submitted by an entrant (either in a single online entry or on a single mailed-in entry form) each are identical to the purchase price and time of day generated at random by Sponsor (a “Winning Combination”), the entrant will be a potential winner, subject to verification. There may be more than one (1) Daily Winner for each day during the Entry Period, but there will not be a Daily Winner for any day as to which no entrant submits a Winning Combination. If any of the Daily Prizes are not awarded, the amount of each such un-awarded prizes will be awarded in the form of an additional prize to be given to a winner selected in a random drawing conducted after the conclusion of the Entry Period from among all eligible entries received (the “Grand Prize”). If multiple entrants submit a Winning Combination, the single Daily Prize for that day will be divided equally among the winning entrants. The odds of winning a Daily Prize are approximately 142,560,000 to 1. The odds of winning the Grand Prize, if any, will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4. PRIZES: Each Daily Prize is $10,000, to be provided via a payment method determined by Sponsor. The Grand Prize, if any, will consist of an amount of money equal to the aggregate of all un-awarded Daily Prizes. The total value of all prizes is $3,650,000. All federal, state, local taxes on the value of each prize, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued in each winner’s name if required by law. The prizes will be awarded if properly claimed. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the right to receive any prize is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of any prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its discretion to provide any or all prizes on a payment schedule over a time period and in installment amounts determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its discretion to award additional “bonus” prizes from time to time (but is not under any obligation to do so). The Grand prize payment will commence within a six (6) month period following acceptance of prize.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: There is a limit of one prize per person. Odds of winning each prize will depend on the number of eligible entries with respect to the applicable prize. Each potential winner will be notified by mail, telephone and/or e-mail, at Sponsor's discretion. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial notification attempt, he or she may be disqualified and the prize awarded to an alternate winner. The winners are subject to verification. Even if a notice of selection as a winner is displayed on-screen, no entrant will be deemed a winner until verification has been completed. The potential winners may, in Sponsor’s discretion, be required to complete and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery of same. If a potential winner is a minor under the laws of his or her state of residency, the prize may be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian, who must complete any required Affidavit/Release. Potential winners may also in Sponsor’s discretion be required to provide the original Receipt and must cooperate with whatever other verification measures are deemed appropriate by Sponsor. If a potential winner fails to respond to any notification attempt within the time period specified by Sponsor, or if any attempted notification or prize delivery is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner fails to complete and return any required affidavit or release within the specified time period, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
6. GENERAL RULES: Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and advertising, promotion and Internet agencies, and the successors, assigns and agents of each of the foregoing, and the officers, directors, shareholders and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries, incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information, postage-due mail or any other human or technical errors of any kind relating to the operation of the Website, communications or attempted communications by or with any entrant, the submission, collection, storage or processing of entries or the administration of the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. The Released Parties are not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or prohibit from participating in the Sweepstakes any individual who, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, Sponsor determines or believes (i) has tampered with the entry process, or has undermined the legitimate operation of the Website or the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices, or (ii) has engaged in conduct that annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants or any representative of Sponsor, or (iii) has attempted or intends to attempt any of the foregoing. The use of automated devices, programs or methods to submit entries is prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that it believes may have been submitted using such an automated device, program or method. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, entrant fraud or misconduct, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes or if for any other reason Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be operated as planned. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing to award the prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. Entry times will be determined using Sponsor’s computer, which will be the official clock for the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entry constitutes permission for the Released Parties to use each entrant’s name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media and formats whether now or later known or developed, for commercial purposes (including without limitation advertising and promotion), without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold each of the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, the use of the Website, the acceptance, receipt or use of any prize or prize component, and/or any use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information as permitted hereunder, including without limitation all claims and liabilities based on any personal injury, property damages or loss, or death. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes, the use of the Website or the acceptance, receipt or use or any prize or prize component. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be verified or returned. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize or the potential winner. In no event will more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules be awarded. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and by entering each entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, and each entrant consents to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules.
